Eight people, including a minor, have been detained for 48 hours after a physical attack on the son, former Serbian minister in Kosovo, Nenad Raspi.

The C.Z., B.Z., M.R., D.J., D.T., L.K., and a minor for 48 hours has allegedly banned people for the initials of C.Z., B.Z., M.R., D.N., M.T., and a minor, after the same allegedly carried out the subx1> turnout in beating”, by Article of the 187 Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo<3>, the statement said.

As a result of this beating, Rassic's son has suffered serious bodily injuries, whose condition has been recorded by forensic expertise.

The son of the Serbian politician in Kosovo, reportedly has been beaten as he was leaving the school in Lapnasela in Gracanica.

Kosovo police have confirmed the news. On the news the arrest of eight people, while saying the case has occurred near the school in Gracanica's Llapsalla.

“Today, around 12: 00 p.m., we've received information about a beating in progress in the vicinity of the Lapnasella School, where some people have been involved. Once you get the information, the necessary police units have been released to the scene. Based on the first information, it's suspected that a male person has suffered injuries and has been sent for medical treatment. In this case, police have accompanied 8 suspected persons (from them a minor). Currently, work is continuing to clarify circumstances and motives that characterise the” event, said police spokesman in Pristina Agron Borovci.

According to the first information, he was attacked by a group of 8 people who are said to have had strong tools with him.

Meanwhile, Rassic has said his son was attacked by iron boxing and hammers.

But was the attack on the Serbian politician's son political?

Harsh reactions in Kosovo have come shortly after confirming Rassic's son's beating case, news reports.net.

It was the candidate for prime minister, Albin Kurti, who initially reacted to the case, saying this crime has to do with his father's disregard for Serbia's threats.

With great regret we received news that today in Gracanica, 18-year-old boy Nikola Rassic was brutally beaten with cold weapons. Nikola is the son of Nenad Rashiqi, the prominent Serb Democrat politician in Kosovo. It seems that this gangster crime against Nicolaus Rashiki is organised and has to do with his parent, who was neither broken nor subjected to pressure from Serbia. Likely, since Nenad Rashiqi could not be intimidated, her son Nicola was beaten, he said.

Kurti has written that in his new government all citizens of Kosovo will work to make sure that national affiliations are no different.

The attack, politically the case of Rassic's son, has also been dubbed President Vjosa Osmani's task leader.

Osmani, has described this attack as an act against democracy and individual freedom.

I plan to ensure that the crime authors bring to justice as soon as possible. It is now clear that the attack on him is in the continuation of Serbia's numerous threats of illegal interventions in Kosovo, aimed at intimidating Serbian citizens”, Osmani stressed in her response.

Even Kosovo's ambassador to the US, Vlora Citaku, has said the only crime of Rassic's son was that it is the child of a politician who did not submit to Belgrade.

“An 18-year-old boy was beaten by a band of Serbs in Gracanica today. His only crime is to be the son of Nenad Rassic an independent progressive politician in Kosovo who cannot control Belgrade. Eight people have been arrested, so far. Threats and violence should be stopped”, Citaku wrote.

So, the chief in charge of PDK, Enver Hoxhaj, has said this is the last case, in a series of harassments committed against Serb opposition figures in Kosovo.

I strongly condemn the attack against the son of Kosovo Serb politician Nenad Raši. I urge the police to investigate this case and arrest those responsible for the act. It is the last, in a series of acts of harassment committed against Kosovo Serb opposition figures.”, Hoxhaj wrote.

Even, incumbent Foreign Affairs Minister Melza Haradinaj has said that children of politicians cannot carry on the political struggle of parents, much less the one within their community.

“Children of politicians cannot carry on the political struggle of parents, and much less the one within their community, and I invite competent bodies to clarify the circumstances and perpetrators of this uglier act than the minim of interethnic prosperity efforts in Kosovo<1>, Haradinaj has written.

The attack on Rassic's son has also resulted in British Ambassador to Kosovo Nicholas Abbott.

He has said such violence is unacceptable. Abbott has demanded that the guilty be brought to justice.

“Such love, whether physical or verbal, is unacceptable to anyone, but is especially shocking to a new person. I demand that Kosovo police investigate this incident quickly and find those who promoted and participated in this 148x1> incident, he wrote.

While former Kosovo Assembly President Rada Trajkovovic has accused Serbian List and Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq of today's incident in Llapsella, where young Nikola Rassic was beaten.

Nenad Rashiqi's “boy, opposition Serbian politician from Kosovo, brutally beaten near the school at Llapselle”, Trajkovic wrote in a Twitter post. Trajkovic says the Serbian politician's son was attacked by 30 people.

“President Vuciq sees by what means your Serbian List reaches its profits by 95%”, Trajkovic wrote.
