All those who engage in spiritual walking, who have fast and sharp walks, usually live longer than those who walk slowly and calmly.

According to the New York Times, slow pedestrians are 44 percent more likely to die prematurely than those who cross their path faster and without problems. Those who walk slowly are also 18 percent more likely to be affected by heart disease and dementia.

The connection between the fast - paced walk and life expectancy is set up after a extensive study that included over 400,000 people for whom walking is a regular physical exercise while being conducted in America. After the investigation, the results were compared to the national death index.

Which walk is too slow? People who are most likely to die early are those who need 24 minutes to spend a mile, or 1.6 kilometers, while less endangered groups include those who cross the same distance for more than 13.5 minutes.

The slower walk, experts say, may be a symptom of a man's health problem that has not yet been detected, and you will surely find out if you are subject to a six-minute walking test to determine your state of health.
