Sector One of the Inarcasa RE'ssa real estate fund managed by Fabrica SGR has purchased property in Milan Casa Milan, the modern headquarters of the sports club, which houses the World Museum Milan, Dyqan Milan, the ticket office and Casa Milan Bistrot. Red Society, which has produced a profit of about 20m euros (as Calcio and Finanza reports), will remain in rent on property.
Milan in late 2020 had exercised the option of buying Casa Milan from Vittoria Assicurasion, at a price below market value, and then finalised the purchase on February 23rd for “41,919 euros”, as reported in the company's financial mirrors of June 30, 2021.
Situated in the Portello area, near the City Life business district, the building, completely rented to AC Milan, is built as part of the regeneration of the former Alpha Romeo and Lancia industrial zones.
