Kosovo police have so far received much information on the event. They have mostly come from witnesses interviewed and from people with direct or circumstantial connections to this case.

Prime Minister Albin Kurti, after attending the funeral of two students, visited the Police Station in Decani, saying later that information on the case is increasing.

“The amount of information is growing, but we still don't have the solution. When we're on the eve of 48 hours, we still have no solution. But there is no lack of commitment, there has been a growing number of officials dealing with the investigation in order to bring the killer or the killer to justice. We still have 2-3 tracks. We don't have the suspect right now, but once we have information on this, we'll probably call you back. The amount of information we're getting from the investigation into, even from the scene, and especially from the witness interrogation. But we don't have the name or the proper names of the killer”, Kurt said.

While Police Director Samedin Mehmeti said they have received information from the bus station, but also from people who have had contact with victims or drivers, as well as other persons who may contribute.

“I can state that we already have different incomes on different roads, which Kosovo Police, under the Prosecution directives, are treating for one. Several leads are being addressed, which all police capacities are eliminating or investigating”, Svecla said at a media conference, held together with Police Director Samedin Mehmet and Decani Chairman Bashkim Ramosaj.

Due to numerous information, Police Director Samedin Mehmeti said they have brought additional units and different escorts to investigate.

Allow me to inform you that we are currently facing a considerable number of information about the case and we have brought in additional units and experts of different operational and investigative levels to address this information”, the chief of police said yesterday.

The information received, Mehmeti said are being processed and that technical evidence is being forwarded to them. Such information, he believes, will also reveal the motive for this crime.

“We are processing the information we're receiving from witnesses, respectively, from citizens, from people who have circumstantial or direct links to the case. All of this is being added to the technical evidence... The circumstances, the evidence, the information that is coming is going to bring us into a motive that could have been”, the director of the police said yesterday.

The Express newspaper has tried to speak to the Police Director, Samedin Mehmeti, to ask whether all the information received about the perpetrators has proved useless, or if there was no information about him, but he has not been available.

That's not why the prosecutor of the case, Sahid Gashi.

According to security institutions, the chief prosecutor was allegedly alone in the triple murder, but was not exempt from co-operating with someone. As a result, there may be more than one suspect to tragedy.

Similarly, the Government of Kosovo today referred to as “author”, that is, the person who allegedly committed the crime.

“To identify as quickly as possible perpetrators of this criminal act, Government, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Police seek the help of citizens and anyone who may have important information about the whiteening of the case. As prime minister, together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Kosovo Police, we appeal to citizens who may have any knowledge about the case to help police find the author's office and offer a reward of 20,000 euros ($205,000 euros), for any citizen who can provide information that leads to the whitelight or discovery of this case”, it is said in the municipality of the Prime Minister's Office.
