The indictment against the accused was proclaimed Wednesday by Judge Ertan Seyfulla, reports “The Justice Trust”.
Under this conviction, the sentence pronounced in prison will not be executed unless one year the accused R.P. has committed another criminal act within the verifiable period.
The provision of compulsory psychiatric treatment in freedom was also introduced to him, which will be held at the health institution at the Mental Health Centre in Pristina, starting the following day after this act becomes of formal form.
The accused R.P. is obliged to appear at the Mental Health Centre in Pristina to undergo psychiatric treatment according to specific rules by the relevant doctor.
Under this act, the Mental Health Centre is obliged once every 6 months to announce the court concerning the state of health and the success of treating the upper person.
If the defendant does not undergo compulsory psychiatric treatment in freedom, this court under official duty will replace the measure with the measure of compulsory psychiatric treatment in detention.
Such measures pronounced against the accused will cease when treatment or rehabilitation is not necessary, but the same cannot last more than three years.
The accused R. P has been released from procedure spending.
Otherwise, at the initial session held on the same day, after reading the indictment by prosecutor Fatmire Cacaj, the accused has pleaded guilty to the criminal offense.

The Actakuz says that, after police units AS-101 have gone to the defendant's house and contacted him and witness K. P, the latter has reported to the police that all family members are asleep and healthy.
