The driver who caused the tragic accident complains of two months' detention, speaks by court in Croatia

The bus, with 69 passengers mainly Kosovo citizens working in Germany, was travelling from Frankfurt to Kosovo on Croatia's Slavonski Brod highway.
According to authorities, the driver, capable of fatigue and inability to drive safely, has not moved in sufficient distance and has ended up on the grass surface.
The bus driver, 52, according to Croatian Police General Director Nikola Milina may be sentenced to up to 15 years in prison for the criminal act of causing a traffic accident.
While, if it was transferred to Kosovo, Kosovo Interior Minister Jjelal Svechla said it would respect Croatia's laws, as the accident had occurred there.
And the Croatian prime minister had said he was disappointed and grieved by the event and expressed condolences to Kosovo families and citizens.
Tens of citizens lit candles Sunday evening in front of the National Theatre in Pristina in honour of victims of the accident.
