Our memory is best in rainy days and clouds. Maybe because during sunny days we're too busy doing things, reports “Bright Side”.

On extremely hot and wet days, the body can cool off. Normally, it drives warm blood toward the surface of its skin where it is cooled to sweat. But in hot temperatures, sweat does not evaporate, so instead, the fluid is collected on your limbs, causing them to swell.

What do you do: Use other refreshing tools, such as a fan or a dehydratur. After a few days, the body will get used to the hot weather and the swelling will disappear.

Extreme weather can bring strain to your heart. Cold temperatures make the heart work harder to keep the body warm, but this causes blood vessels to narrow down and reduce the oxygen distribution in the heart.

This breach of supply and demand may result dramatically in a heart attack or stroke. The same is true of wind and snow, according to research.

What do you do: Avoid overload.

As the weather cools, the air gets less wet, which can be seen through our skin. It becomes dry, plastic, and can also cause scratching, leading to eczema. Strong winds can also damage the protective skin barrier, causing bloodshed.

What do you do: Use hydrated creams and sunscreens, and avoid long, hot showers after removing natural oils produced by your skin.

In winter, hair and nails face the same problem as skin. Blood vessels are narrowed down and food and oxygen supplies are reduced. Of course, it weakens her hair and nails, making her dry and fragile.

What do you do: No more than 5-10 minutes in hot water. Use less shampoo.

A drop in barometric pressure can cause joint pain, especially in people suffering from arthritis. Juice within the joints grows thicker at low temperatures, so bones feel more solid. Cold weather also strengthens muscles and tendons.

What do you do: Stay warm! This contributes to the flow of blood, improves pain and muscles. The training routine also removes pain and rigidity.

Weather affects seasonal allergies, causing a day of wind, a nose filled with rain, and so on. Specific weather causes natural processes such as pollinating trees that we may be allergic to.

The immune system considers all that mold and insecure pole and activates defense mechanisms like scratching, sneezing, and nose leaks. None of this is really dangerous, but they're unpleasant.

What do you do: Learn when mold and pollen season peaks in your area and avoid external surroundings during those times.

One of the main sources of vitamin D for us is sunlight. Cold seasons bring shorter days, and people tend to stay inside more inevitably, not getting enough sun. As a result, our vitamin D levels fall. Its negative symptoms include muscle weakness, high blood pressure, stress fractures and greater sensitivity to pain.

What do you do: Take your vitamin from another source. Eat more egg yellows, mushrooms, and fatty fish, such as salmon and tuna; and drink orange juice and milk.

The cold narrows blood vessels, slowing its course. Less blood reaches the brain, which can lead to severe headaches. And if you suffer from migraine, almost every change of weather can be a trigger for an attack. Strong winds, extreme cold, bright sun, drought and fall of barometric pressure are among the worst factors.

What do you do: If you suffer from migraines, always keep a journal and try to write the signs before the attack. When you understand the pattern, it will be easier to prepare.

Strong weather can cause an asthma attack, since any change in the air can easily irritate respiratory paths. Hot, wet air is heavier and harder to breathe. The cold, dry air dihydrates respiratory paths, blowing them and restricting air flow.

What do you do: Keep your neck and chest warm in cold weather, hydrate, and wash your hands often
