MP The PDK, Bekim Haxhiu, who in local elections went out publicly in support of Bekim Jashar for Skyeraj chairman, against PDK's Fadil Nura, has said the expulsion from this party would be the greatest honour that could be done.
Right now, the Democratic Party of Kosovo has said they will not address the issue.
The deputy chairman of this party, Vlora Citaku, has claimed to have the Council, which envisions even disciplinary measures but once is not the moment.
In an interview for Inseyder, she has indicated that it was not the only Haxhiu who has turned against the party.
The race in Skenderaj says they didn't want to do it themselves.
It's not just Mr. Haxhiu who's out of the frames. The race in the Squire Town was more specific, to be honest, was a race we didn't want. I've been to Skenderaj several times during the election campaign and I've felt and noticed that it wasn't a race we've entered and our candidates have entered very eagerly because from certain charters it has been possible to portray this race as a race against the Jashar family, as a race against the past, against the war it is absolutely true Mr. Lushtaku was a companion of Adam Yashhar. We have not been in the race either for the past, nor for war”, Citaku has declared.
Speaking of the race in Skenderaj, the deputy chairman has said this has simply been a race between the two candidates nothing more.
The Steering Council also envisions the disciplinary measures that can be followed, to be undertaken but not yet there. We are now focused on closing the election process. In the PDK victory. And that's what we'll do later, if we ever deal with”, she said.
This is not a priority. The PDK was never vengeful. We're a big house, we've often had open disagreements, but we'll see, we'll debate and decide later, but we don't have to rush”, potentially Citaku.
