The smell of laziness: Government Kurti planned 311 activities by September, realised only 17%

Erblin Hoxha from FOL said that from monitoring 15 ministries, including the prime minister's office, out of 311 activities only 17% of them have been realised, while 73% of them are under way.
According to him, the only minister who has implemented all activities is the Defence Ministry by 100%, while the Ministry for Kthim has not anticipated activities for this period.
“In the total activities of 15 ministries have been 311 activities to be completed by the end of September, realised is almost 17%, while 73% of activities are the process and these were due to end in September, while 10.8% were not realised. The Ministry for Return has not anticipated activities for this period”.
While the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has accomplished only 5 out of 31 activities as before, the Ministry of Justice has implemented 14 activities.
“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has preceded 31 activities for this period and out of those 5 have been realised, 4 of them not and the rest are under way”.
“In the Ministry of Justice are realised 14 activities, 53.8% of activities have been realised”.
Medjide Demolli-Niman, executive director of Movement FOL, said the prime minister's office has not returned in time, until it showed that only an hour before the conference's start have returned answers.
“have been sent one hour so that's when the conference starts, and it's impossible. We've requested that each activity have its own deadline, has passed a very long process until we've seen these work plans”.
Venera Rama, from the Netherlands Embassy, said they would consistently support such projects.

In contrast, Missin Kamberi of the Regional Development Ministry said that it would have to be known how much of those in the process have been realised to have a more accurate mirror.
“You may have specified how percent of the process has been realised”, he said.
