Pacolli has said that at one time Kurt and Svechla risked their lives returning his plane to him, as if he was not allowed access because of the measures they were then in.
Today, however, Kurt and others are violating the measures, according to Pacolli.

From pictures published by Mr. Petrit Krokoqi for the “Larka Lames” we see how the measures from the highest state representatives are not respected. That's a good example!
