Croamon reacts to Borrell: EU Must Support States Fighting Organised Crime

The rapporteur for Kosovo in the European Parliament, Violet von Cromon, has reacted to EU High Representative Josep Borrell after his statement of anti-muggling action in parts of Kosovo, including northern Mitrovica.

“The EU must support the states that fight organised crime and corruption. State institutions that do their jobs deserve our full respect. The EU-enlightened dialogue has nothing to do with daily police operations”, it wrote on Twitter, where it has also re-connected Borrell's post.

The EU High Representative has said during the day that all open issues between Kosovo and Serbia should be addressed through dialogue facilitated by the EU, while this action has been described as unilateral and uncoordinated.
