Numerous trucks had blocked the road in northern Mitrovica a week earlier.
This following the action Kosovo police had in several Kosovo cities in combating smuggling, including the north.
And these trucks that were set up to prevent Kosovo Police belong to the cleaning company “Standard”, where the director figures the minister at Kurti Government, Goran Rakic.
On the day of events in the north, an answer to that has been asked of Interior Minister Jedal Svecla.
He expressed surprise, saying he has no information that minister Rakic has a company.
T7 has asked questions at the Ministry of Internal Affairs to find out if investigations have already been conducted on the case.
However, the same has not been answered. However, the site of the cleaning company does not name Rakic as director. But his name figures in various business records in the Serbian state.
Even at the Anti-Corruption Agency in Serbia, the Rakic company is found to be owned by Minister of Government Kurti.
For this business he owns, Goran Rakic had also launched investigations into the Anti-Corruption Agency in Serbia in July 2020.
That is due to suspicion that Goran Rakic has violated the law by not reporting his property and income at this institution.
Meanwhile, the head of the Serbian List, has never declared this business at the Anti-Corruption Agency in Kosovo, reporting only positions from Kosovo institutions.
Recently, in April of this year, Rakic has declared only the revenues he received as minister at the Hoti Government.
T7 has also launched questions at the Anti-Corruption Agency in Kosovo. The same have not been answered.
Disregarding wealth and income, law connoisseurs classify it as a criminal act.
Miftaraj says the company can be investigated very easily at an MPB's request. Minister Rakic has been called, but the same has not responded to calls or text messages.
