Otherwise, under the agreement reached in Brussels, as of Monday citizens entering Kosovo territory from Serbia must be equipped with posters to cover Serbia's state symbols on their car plates.

Under this agreement, from October 4th Kosovo and Serbia will place sticker on car plates for a period of six months until a solution is found. /kk/
