The incumbent deputy prime minister from the AAK ranks, Besnik Tahiri, has commented on recent developments where some of the candidates for MPs for the February 14th elections will not be allowed to be candidates due to sound judicial decisions in the last three years.
Tahiri says the AAK has been hit hard by this interpretation.
“The AAK has been hit the most unprecedented way. Shemsedin Dresaj has a traffic fine of 18 euros, which has even exceeded the time of 3 years”, Tahiri said.
“The AAK has been damaged, until we have four candidates that for fines I can run. The AAK has been damaged. We've sent our complaint about Shemsed Dresey and the other three. Can't get our names off the lists in this form”, Tahiri said away.
He has mentioned the case of another candidate, who is one of the names KGK has sent to the CEC for its failure.
There's another colleague who was worried. He said, "We slept at night because people thought I had a criminal precedent. This cannot happen like this”, Tahiri added.
