President's Duty Agent Mrs. Vjosa Osmani, has written and worried after the CEC's decision that the diaspora will be able to vote by being verified through calls.
“The right to vote is fundamental right, guaranteed with our Constitution and with all international conventions on human rights. As such, the right to vote is inevitable right that cannot be conditioned by a phone call. This CEC decision, specifically its IV point, can create circumstances under which the right of the vote is flagrantly violated”, writes Osmani on Facebook, in a letter initiated by CEC chairman Mrs. Valdete Daka.
