According to the Passau Police Community, border police officials after the tests were conducted had found that the suspects had resulted positive in cocaine.
“Inspected a Mercedes with Belgian registration in the Hammerbach highway parking lot in the evening hours. A 31-year-old Kosovar was found at the wheel. After a close inspection, it was found that he was under the influence of narcotics”, Passaus Police report.
The communique further states that the accompanying 31-year-old person, apart from being under the influence of narcotics, even carried forged passports.
“His 38-year-old driver was also unable to continue because he showed officials a Kosovo driver's license, which was recognised by the border as a total falsification”, It says on notice.
