According to the calendar published on the official page, Kosovo Liberation Army Veterans Organisation Chairman Hysni Gucati and the organisation's deputy chairman, Nasim Haradinaj, will appear before the Special Court in The Hague at 1500.
On December 11, 2020, the Kosovo Specialised Chambers Procedure Judge confirmed the indictment filed on October 30th 2020 by the Special Prosecutor against Hysni Gucatit and Nasim Haradinaj for criminal acts against justice administration, namely for obstructing official persons in carrying out official duties, fearing witnesses, for revenge and for violating the secret of the procedure.
