On the eve of Biden's inauguration the Capitol is isolated: A foreign threat comes

The US Capitol building is under isolation after reports of a threat from abroad.

The people who took part in the test of the inauguration ceremony were reportedly evacuated from the building after announcing a security threat, The Independent reported.

Evacuation came days after a crowd of pro-Trump attacked the Capitol, clashing with security officials. The unrest left at least five dead.

Smoke reports rising from behind the building appear to come from a nearby fire in H's 100 St. SE block. The Department of Firemen DC said in a statement that there were no injuries, adding: “This shows about the smoke many have seen. ”
