Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, has accepted Palestinian Ambassador to this state, Mohammed Nabhan, at a meeting Tuesday, announcing talks conducted by the Serbian delegation to Washington and Brussels.
According to Vuciqi's cabinet announcement, Nabhan has been told that Serbia is respecting and preserving friendship with Palestinian Palestine and people and that it supports achieving long-term peace and stability in the Middle East.
Serbia is committed to advancing reports, even with Israel and even Palestine, as it wants sustainable solutions on the basis of international norms confirmed at the UN, which would bring peace, stability and progress for all”, Vuciqi has said, thanking the Palestinian leader about “the principled stance for not recognising Kosovo”.
Ambassador Nabhan has already told him Palestine appreciates Serbia, with which there are deep friendly reports, and that, in turn, news of the possible shift of the Serbian Embassy to Jerusalem has been accepted.
