The president's niece accused her two uncles and her aunt, a retired federal judge, of conspiring during which they offered her a “group of false evaluations” and forced her to sign a settlement agreement in which she had been robbed of “bags of millions of dollars”.

Because Mary was still a teenager at the time, attorney Irwin Durben, who was also the lawyer of the Trump-related companies, was appointed as her lawyer.

According to the judicial process, Durben, who passed away in 2016, was in a “conflict of interest” and eventually “pushed him out of the family business”.
