The doctor's “Ekipi has arrived in Kosovo today, and very soon we will organise a conference on the media”, Halitaj has said.
Otherwise, days ago, Health Minister Armend Zemaj has asked Italy to send medical professionals, especially intensive care doctors and anesthesiologists, to help the country in the fight with COVID-19, Express reports.
Zemaj had announced that they have made arrangements with the Italian side for bringing some doctors and had thanked Italy for continuing support for Kosovo over the years.
I asked Italy to help us by sending medical professionals, especially intensive care doctors, anesthesiologist, to support us with their experience at this time of pandemic. Weeks ago, we made relevant agreements with the Italian side for bringing some doctors to Kosovo to help cope with the Covid19”, Zemaj wrote.
