He says that in spite of the genocide and crimes of the Ifta, Serbia has been culled and even not only in relation to Kosovo but also with the other former republics of Yugoslavia.
Ironically, he asks what Serbia would do if Kosovo had committed only a quarter of the crimes this state has committed, Periscope follows.
