Two people were killed and 14 others were injured after shooting guns in Rochester, New York.
Police responded to a phone call for gun shooting and found about 100 people running along a street on what they called a very chaotic scene.
The neighborhood where the shooting took place is near Rochester's public market.
Police have failed to disclose the victims' names, but say they were 18 and 20 years old. Currently, no suspects are in handcuffs, and it is still early to say how many aggressors the police have said, the TCh reports.
The event that had gathered so many people was a kind of party in the courtyard.
The police were unaware of its development and had not even received a call for concern. An investigation into the incident has begun.
Rochester officials have issued instructions for residents to limit social gatherings beyond family members. Unneeded gatherings, such as birthday parties, marriage, and picnics in nature, are forbidden.
