Albania's prime minister, Edi Rama, has criticised the two former Kosovo governments that, according to him, had “reversed the” Balkan Mini-Schengen agreement. According to him, the agreement signed by Kosovo and Serbia on Friday in the White House is out of the question by his old mini-Schengen proposal in the Balkans.
In a Facebook post, Rama has said that any communication, meeting, or agreement towards eventual peace between the two countries that have ended the middle war is positive.
Communicating with the enemy is never wrong in itself; nor in the midst of war, when that is necessary and possible. It is wrong not to communicate when it is needed and the opportunity arises. As you do not communicate and even preach the opposite and label yourself traitors when the war is over and when today's neighbor tomorrow, with whom you are still closing peace, this is not just wrong! It's guilty”, he said.
Rama has added that he has never suspected that one day Kosovo would one day accept Mini Schengen.
He has called Kosovo a waste of time during which Kosovo had rejected this idea. According to him, Kosovo was going on a dead end and was defining itself internationally even with the tax on Serbian goods. For this “loss” has criticised the two former Kosovo governments.
My “has only served the endless rejection, lost time in abundance, the harmful complexation of rational factors in Kosovo's policy; which nestled within the absurd shell created by trumpet-nationalist fans, which led Kosovo into a deadlock of international defactoration and cooling with its biggest allies, especially the United States and Germany. We lost not only time of reputation, with that famous tax that would kneel on Serbia and turn to fines of the inner electoral game by wounding Kosovo, if we lose even chance repeated in the political and diplomatic match with Serbia. I say we lost in the sum, because I cannot separate Kosovo from Albania, especially when it comes to that match, where the autogos of the two former Kosovo governments have been one more spectacular than the other”, he added. “And where Serbia turned into a weapon in the hands of Pristina turbofolk-nationalists, who along with some semi-galella allies in Tirana shot at the air, poisoning and confusing medemek people in defense of borders, but in fact only to rule within borders! Assimily Belgrade remained seriously unaffirmed to advance in the process of normalisation towards eventual peace, while Pristina became the theatre of a vulgar power struggle, between the Khpatriotians and the traitors, at the dam in Tirana. What a black mood for people, especially with electors in Kosovo!”
Rama has called the recognition of Kosovo by Israel extremely important.
For the deal, it has said that nothing more than it was on the plan long before proposed, for Regional Schengen.
I carefully read the agreement signed in the Oval Office and beyond the satisfaction that was reached, thanks to the involvement of the United States ʹ as well as beyond the fantastic news of Israel's recognition of Kosovo (the important strengths and far-reaching potential for those who can read this fact) I have the bitter feeling of what was signed yesterday, nothing that is part of the previous plan for the Regional Schengen, the logical consequence of the Berlin process, while the lost time until yesterday is a staggering. Inshallah has ended with so many ruthless killing of her, but I'm afraid not and inshallah to be wrong!”, the Albanian prime minister has added.
According to him, the “that was branded in Albanian for years as a national betrayal turned into a day of historic achievement”.
Rama has also commented on the point of the agreement discussing the Adriatic exit. According to him, even the famous picture where German Chancellors were seen in Berlin, the presidents of Kosovo and Serbia with a map in hand, had to do with the line on that road.
“I read the point of the agreement discussing a land infrastructure that will bring Serbia and Kosovo into a deep Adriatic port. In Durres it falls because it's hard for that Nis road to Pristina, Durres, whom Saliu (Berisha) has baptized as the path of shame in the betrayal of Edwin Zography! That road has been at the table of every round of the Berlin Process, even Albin has remembered that the maps of partitioning Kosovo were exposed, when he saw a picture from Berlin where Germany's Chancellor Hashimi, the president of Serbia and I continued to see the line of that road on a map of the Western Balkans! Now, come on tell me, how can I not remember that when Alexander Wuqi came to Durres after the earthquake, the bridge was turned into Esad Pasha that brought Serbia into the sea, and today that today that the land, sea and air was blessed at the White House, most branders salute the agreement, even the digital sbbzan?) ”
Rama has said that “evil” of this is that Albanians “pay terrible costs to the vile politics of the deceitful skunks, from here on up and down the mountains, who for their delirium and their thirst for power, poison the people without letup with hate speech, the monstrous accusations, endless slander, posing as fiery patriots and daily feeling fire of dynasia between Albanians”
Rama has completed his writing, saying he hopes that the agreement reached Friday “will serve to clear and civilise a little more the political-mediatic environment and to ease and why not, somewhat matured, that part of public opinion that went crazy honestly from the great misunderstanding of the Münidentène”.
The Balkan Mini-Schengen initiative was flatly rejected by former Prime Ministers Ramush Haradinaj and Albin Kurti. Meeting invitations with regional leaders were even rejected by President Hashim Thaci. Even the LDK, now in charge of the government, had voiced opposition to this initiative at the time.
The two sides will join the Minister-Schengen's Office, announced by Serbia, Albania and Northern Macedonia in October 2019, and will take full advantage of it”, the agreement for Mini-Schngenni is said to be signed Friday in Washington.
