Minister Zemaj has promise of Kosovo's highway

Zemaj via a post on the social Facebook network, indicated that all activities that have been damaged by the pandemic will be included in compensation.

“Common work, joint results, and then assessment and then getting ready for walking away will be the focus of our joint work!”, wrote at the end of Zemaj.
