Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti at the Government meeting during the review of the medium-term Framework of Reviewed Expenses 2021-23 ( KAS) has demanded that draft budgets be prepared 2021 as legal terms are less than two months.
Warning to this Framework had the AAK and Initiative coalition ministers.
While the ministers of the Initiative were opposed KAS.
Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Tahiri has said the reform for public administration is half-witted without the adoption of the Law of Salaries.
He has also sought help from the World Bank in supporting this Law.
To that Cornise, the Minister of Labour and Social Management Skender Recica has reacted, which according to him is absurd why they are not precedented with the KAS and MPMS legal initiatives.
Prime Minister Hoti has said it is the first time of reviewing the frame of expenditures, and, according to him, changes can be made in the future.
Despite remarks and objections, by majority the government has approved KAS.
