Albanians in the various countries of the region for 30 years were the most natural partner in the US, due to political orientation compliance. Now this has started to change, because to have the role of a strategic partner, you have to be able and produce stability. For 30 years we've proven that we're producing dysfunctional states and shopping elites. While Kosovo has been lapped since 2014 has dealt with US support with contempt and stubbornness, seeing itself as the centre of the world and rejecting any strategic US process by teenage rebellion.
