Kurti received a lot of reactions after publishing a harsh statement against the Serbia-Kosovo economic agreement brokered by the US and signed Friday in the White House.
In addition to White House official and Special Emissari Richard Greenell, other personalities with direct or indirect ties to Kosovo reacted to him.
Among them was AJ Todd's reaction, a Twitter account that claims to be an American soldier since the activity on this social network is seen as supporting Trump.
Todd mentioned Kurt to the American intervention in Kosovo.
Whatever the case, just do me a favor and make sure I don't need to come back to preserve the peace [in Kosovo]”, Todd told Kurti.
Kurti, in his statement, said that the Serbia-Kosovo agreement will not be ratified in Parliament and that with Vetevendosje's coming to power, Kosovo's new government will not respect its provisions, which it praised as “against the will of the people”.
Kurti also stated that “dialogue facilitators should not pressure for agreements creating other problems between Serbia and Kosovo. Only a well - prepared and principled dialogue can lead to a stable agreement”.
