Veliu promises compensation for police work during pandemic

Minister of Internal Affairs and Public Administration Agim Veliu has stressed strong support for Kosovo Police members and maximum support to compensate and stimulate for their work and engagement during this period.

Veliu made this statement after meeting with Kosovo Police Union Chairman Valbon Kamberi and the union's branch representative in Gjilan, Ragip Ajeti.

The conditions and challenges facing Kosovo police have been discussed during this meeting.

Today, I waited at the meeting for the head of the Kosovo Police Union, Valbona Kamberi and Ragip Ajeti, representative of the Union Branch in Gjilan.

We discussed the conditions and challenges facing members of the Kosovo Police in managing the outlook COVID-19.

I stressed strong support for the Kosovo Police and the maximum effort for all members of police to compensate and stimulate for their work and engagement during this period.
