Dr. Dejan Mirovovic, former Kosovo President Marko Jaksic and Dragana Trifkoviq, have raised criminal charges against Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, on the charge that declaring himself committed to demarcation between Serbia and Kosovo has damaged Serbia's constitutional order and territorial integrity. The criminal outcry has been raised because there is doubt based that since mid-2018 and finally on August 9th of that year, in the quality of Serbia's president, Alecandar Vuciq at the Brussels meeting with Hashim Thaci as the illegal representative of the illegal regime in Pristina, in opposition to the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia and international law (confirmed international agreement, generally accepted international law regulations, UN Resolution 1244), without a secret authorisation, and has been agreed to submit to the UN-run regime of Pristina in the autonomous province of Kosovo, as part of the constituent Republic of Serbia. At the same time, Hashim Thaci, Ramush Haradinaj and Kadri Veselini were helped in their bid for the unconstitutional secession of this part of the state territory of the Republic of Serbia, it is said to be a criminal outcry.
This, it says, has been done when, in the middle of 2018, in the name of the Republic of Serbia, he participated in the talks in Brussels organised under the auspices of the European Union, and when Aleksandar Vuciqi in the quality of the Republic of Serbia by negotiating with Hashim Thaci has accepted and agreed to the invasion of the Autonomous District of Kosovo and Metohija, and that in concrete cases he has not interrupted and has not left these constitutional talks.
After that, according to the criminal statement, he has knowingly helped Thaci, Haradinaj and Wessel, to unconstitutionally break Kosovo and Metohija, as part of the state territory of the Republic of Serbia, so that without authorization and in secret, he has offered Hashim Thaci as the official proposal of Serbia's private platform and the market for demarcation between the Republic of Serbia and the illegal regime in Pristina, as well as the exchange of parts of the state whose president's territory is. This, as it says, has confirmed and formalised this on August 9, 2018, when it stated: “I am engaged in demarcation with Albanians... we have territory that you don't know who treats it and who it belongs to is always a potential source of conflict and difficulties”, has broadcast Srbin info.
Against this criminal outcry, Kosovo Government Office Director Marko Djuric has reacted. He has called the attack a coward personally on Vuciqi and Serbia before a crucial phase of the Kosovo war, stemming from the ranks of former regime representatives he has said, has done everything to hand over Kosovo.
