Sea border, Rama: Greece has no territorial claims on Albania

Albania's prime minister, Edi Rama, has reacted again in connection with the refiling of negotiations on maritime borders with Greece. Through a post in Facebook, Rama writes that she has not yet spoken to Greek Prime Minister Kiriakos Mitstakis about a possible deal.

Rama said there is no secret agreement between the two states, because there would be no value.

He claimed we have no territorial claims on Greece, and Greece has no such against them. The first executive in Albania said that if an agreement is reached, the president and parliament would approve.

NJ E LOGYAK COMMERE By the way, two words for GREECE. A DIX VAT H WRITER IN V ESH FROM W WRITER IN YOU

The lawsuit is not guilt, no one knows it all, and as long as you live, people say. It is to feed ignorance, to exploit ignorance, to exercise ignorance as a weapon to one another.

I see some continue to curse and curse, concerning the “quality of the sea and the mesallah that they eat weed when you tell them there is no sale, no forgiveness, no agreement for the sea itself! Some of them are blind and deaf with their eyes and top ears, but the mind gathered high with the ropes of our opposition in crisis, makes them impossible. Others are sincerely concerned about the matter, although we have clarified that there is no reason for concern. The first things we do, they don't want to hear, read, understand. I'm both being redirected, hoping they can get out of this low-political dilemma!

For the borders between the two states there can be no secret agreement. There is no secret agreement of this work, because they are of no value on the sea and on the earth, as long as they are secret. Deals negotiated for years, which name the deal, when made public and the value of agreement, are obtained only when passing the test of constitutional institutions of the state. So the deals don't deal with the broken phone of the next rumor, foaming in the mouths of politicians without a native country or on the Internet without borders, but only when they're seen with their eyes, their reading, their signatures, and their stamps!

Have you seen any signed and sealed documents for this sea I gave, sold or forgiven? No, you haven't, because there's no and there's no way to have one. That if there were, if there were any such agreement with signatures and seals, that I don't know or that I can support, if it violates Albania's national interest! Whoever plays this game with you will make you fools, shamelessly taunting your feelings to profit politically from the confusion that causes you, affecting your emotions.

As a reminder, I was in charge of the opposition, when I took to the Constitutional Court, an earlier agreement, for sea borders with Greece, signed and sealed by Lulzim Basha, with the blessing and public protection of Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta. According to me, that agreement affected national interest. Not that I thought so, but because that's how he deemed a patriotist like Myslim Pasha, who publicly and professionally raised concern about what the same flower had signed that today deals with low gossip to catch any more sardines for the rusty opposition pan.

And I, who was completely ignorant of the Law of the Sea, gathered experts, heard as many as I could, opened books, learned as I could, and I decided to complain that agreement at the Constitutional Court. The court overturned the Lullezim Agreement, Saliu and Ilir, with a significant score of 9 to 0. Just because it affected national interest. But we took a state document to court, not a digital rumor of national treason, and did not open a public national-folk account on the streets, but a serious trial at the highest level of judicial power.

Today, the same people who made that antinational deal and put the sea into Albania's core that the government, their painful ignorance, or the sporting disregard of national interest, or both of them, have taken reeds by hand and gone for their next political prey.

To protect the sea from me!

Oh, God.

You have to be completely dizzy fish to eat the karem that Lulzim Basha, Ilir Meta and Sali Berisha (likee Monica has left Pecho to the fisherman this time, because she's busy with shrimp frying with Desperado music:-), protecting from me today the sea that makes yogurt and presents, how many times did they take the double hand. Unfortunately, though, they have always been caught in a fish's hooks, and they have no fault that they keep throwing it every day in the sea of public talk, the chaos of their politics without knowledge, nor isman.

As before, when the Greek foreign minister spoke there on a television of exercising Greece's right to lie down in the famous miles that the International Convention of Sea Law recognises every country with exits to the sea, and here he bursts fish with the dynamite of political war, even today the same humiliation of the Albanian public, as Greece's prime minister says the same in the Greek parliament after signing his state's maritime agreements with Italy and Egypt.

The dynamite scene of the Albanian stun policy at the opposition scully pool and plaf, plaf, plaf, gives way to the surface with the fish of nationalist hatred, party resentment and ignorance on the subject, creating an absurd toll like the rowing of raki in the village club. How usually, no matter how logical, before the rakia gets out, there's no chance the mess is done! Let's go back to the deal in question between Albania and Greece, to help get the raki out and remove the headache of those who want to understand.

Whoever really wants to hear and understand the truth of this story, let him follow me closely because fortunately, it's very simple.

The Greek prime minister's word in parliament, as I have previously explained, has no connection to Albania's territorial waters, with any agreement between Greece and Albania, or any business of Albania that relates to neighbouring country's right to those 12 disputed miles, as if there were 12 sea-water trucks that I secretly spent in the neighbouring state.

The 12-mile right stems from the International Convention of Sea Law, and Greece has no maritime borders only with Albania, but other countries, so the Greek prime minister is on his right to speak in his parliament, for the Greek seas. Meanwhile, as far as our seas are concerned, Albania has exercised its right to those miles in 1990 on international conventions in 1982. The expansion made by Albania in March 1990 has been deposited in the United Nations and has not been disputed, nor can it be contested by Greece.

But this is probably very technical for some who continue to protect Albania's sea from the word of Greece's prime minister, although we've explained it several times, that the sea is not divided by fences like parcels in the village, but there are also intermediate areas of international waters between <x0). So I'm explaining to you, informing, clarifying again, that Albania and Greece have not reached any agreement to agree on the maritime borders between them.

Greece's Prime Minister, Kiriakos Mitsotakis, and I have not yet talked about this issue, nor when we sat at the first meeting in New York, nor when we sat at the second meeting in Athens, nor in any other circumstance, when we met on foot or communicated on the phone once after the November 26th earthquake, when he showed a very precious friend of Albania and contributed heart to rescue operations under the rubble. And the next time we exchanged opinions about the measures against Ovidius.

Our government and the Greek government have never talked and exchanged no opinion on the issue since Mr. Mitsotakis has come to Greece at the top. Negotiations on reaching an agreement on the so-called water issue between Albania and Greece have been conducted with the former Greek government, and the agreement has not been reached to close, despite significant progress from the zero point where we are resumed after the Constitutional Court collapse of the agreement signed by those who today are protecting the sea from me.

We want to reach an agreement with Greece on this issue, as we have achieved, and as we have yet to achieve. We Greece consider one of Albania's three closest strategic partners, along with Italy and Turkey. We don't have territorial claims on Greece and Greece there are no such claims against us -- apart from the respective and primitive clubs -- of fishermen who hunt for bodyguards with national-folkiculations on electoral maps -- but we have mutual claims on the countrymen living in the other state, who together, both governments, with constructive dialogue and human understanding in the first place, should make special jokes for their rights.

We are excellent neighbors at the level of the relationship between peoples, but we have always excellent in political relations between states and governments. We have always known in the decades before and after 1990, neither we nor the Greeks, to use the policy of friendship among our peoples, and not to make daily politics with history at their expense. Today relations between the two governments in Athens and Tirana are good and have great potential for becoming excellent. I work the first day on this, without hesitate to raise my voice when Albania's interest is required, and my strong feeling is that even Prime Minister Mitsotakis is working on it.

From the saying to do is in the middle of an entire sea, but we're moving forward by sailing in the waters of mutual desire for understanding.

I'm adding another technical but meaningful detail here. Our negotiating group needs changes, as some of its members have left the positions covering when they were elected to the negotiating group. These changes will be made if they resume negotiations, and these changes are not made without the president's approval of new members outside the negotiating group, no one, no prime minister, can negotiate anything and neither sell or buy any liters of seawater. The second, any agreement reached at the negotiating group level must receive the approval of the president, who has said that the possible agreement would be brought to the Constitutional Court. And third, the agreement to receive final value goes to parliament to receive the Sovereign's final seal.

Friends!

Keep the earring in your ear, and neither when you get the disgusting raki of political and media barrels, never doubt it, that you don't make my father-in-law to betray my ancestors' trust, my ancestors' trust, my blood and spiritual blood; nor the Trust of Christaq Rama's first promise, my ancestors who dissolved the wealth of opening Albanian schools and signed in Albania's independence; nor the will of Odysche, my great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-blooded friend Abdelish, who was a member of Prizren's League of Albanian-languages, who taught Greek commandist by the law enforcement of Greece; yet he taught the most of all the old and the rest of the rest of the world, the rest of the world.

Now let those who can't give up that disgusting brandy keep drinking and let them throw as much as they want brain corks on the Internet! Producers of that brandy will be brought back from the people's line of judgment along with the salt bill, as it was in 2017. I will continue to do as much as I can, respecting the gift of those elders whom I mentioned above and in the service of this country and this people.

And Her Majesty, Time, will all wine in their country and show where everyone belongs in this country's history. /oranews. tv/
