Although participation in this meeting is done through platforms “line”, the Kosovo Assembly has paid these tickets for which travel has failed. This issue had also become part of the discussion in the Kosovo Parliament's Headship, where payment “blanco” was rejected by Chairman Vjosa Osmani and vice-chairmen Arberie Nagavci (LVV) and Memli Krasniqi (PDK), writes KHA Ditore.
The contract for “Air transport services” was signed on 20,09.2018 between the Central Procurement Authority (AQP) and the travel agency “Layla Resen”. The total indicative value of the contract is 5m and 37 thousand and 500 euros. As it says in the contract, the deviation allowed by the total indicator value is +/-30 percent. Fivem euros have been earmarked for 12,500 plane tickets (approximate for 36 months) and 37,500 euros for the service fee offered by the euro-stated economic operator (12,500 ) the estimated amount for 36 months).
In written response to the Central Procurement Authority, the number of tickets used by the end of July with this contract is 7,453. But, officials of this institution do not know if there has been damage to Kosovo's budget for untapped tickets
