Naser Sahiti is Pristina University's new rector

Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Professor Naser Sahiti has been elected a rector of the University of Pristina. He has received 7 votes, candidate Faton Berisha 2 votes and the other candidate Blerim Rexha, not one vote.

Under the UP's statute, the sector's mandate is 4 years old.

UPP board chairman Wykan Bajra has said the process has gone well and has not had any external impact on the sector selection.

So far the reactor UP was Marian Demaj.
