According to Ibrahimi, municipalities are implementing all anti-David measures, in co-operation with law bodies.
And as the recommendations are being respected and assessed that the situation is under control, measures are required to be eased.
While at meetings that have been held, mayors and education directors have expressed themselves ready for the resumption of the school year.
And the overall return to school facilities for students is demanding the Kosovo Parents' Council.
The final decision on this issue will be made next week.
