At that world, Kasalovic (1972) faced charges of serious murder, attempted murder, illegal possession and obstruction of officials in office. But, Kasalovic was later acquitted of these charges and turned to freedom, while his case had remained in regular procedure.
Kasalovic and three other friends were arrested on Saturday in the Mokna Mountains in a well-organised action organised by Rossu and Kosovo Police.
The prosecution had preordained the 48-hour ban, while then the move has been under way for 1 month.
The detainees' lawyers had demanded from Kosovo justice that the four be transferred to holding custody in northern Mitrovica. Lawyer's request has been accepted immediately.
Radomir Kasalovic, P. M, M.U. and G. M, Serbian citizens continue to be in the north suffering the measure of detention for 1 month.
