The accused has avoided the prosecution's organs, so the procedure was initially suspended against him because of his presence and also applied for the 1208.2005 detention assignment.
The same has been confirmed on the date 09.11,2009, until he has been holding the penalty for yet another criminal act, and since then he has been avoiding court invitations.
Even though the trial is scheduled for 12.05.2012, in his absence he has been postponed, so that in 25.03.2015 the order for violent behaviour has been issued, while on the 1009.2015 issue of international writing has been applied.
On the 1208.20th, the accused has been arrested by Kosovo Police and brought before the judges, with the case being held trial hearings, the accused does not admit guilt, and in the absence of injuries and hearing witnesses has been postponed for the date 07.09.2020.
The accused is a citizen of the Republic of Macedonia, with residence in the village of Letnica, the municipality of the Year.
The sides have the right to appeal to this decision at the Court of Appeals.
