Senator Kamala Harris made history as he became the first colored woman to have officially accepted the nomination for vice president of the United States.
The Democrat candidate for president of the United States, Joe Biden, selected Senator Kamala Harris as his deputy for the highest state chair in the US presidential race on November 3rd.
Senator Harris is the daughter of two immigrants from India and Jamaica serving in the largest U.S. state in California, and is expected to use its influence and past to attract more female and African voters within the party.
