From this date Italy to open borders for Kosovo, Albania

During the hours of the night, the Cote government's Council of Ministers has adopted a new decree in terms of public health conservation measures by koronobrius.
In this decree, it is designed to postpone the limits of moving from Italy to those countries which were envisioned in earlier decrees.
Concrets are not allowed to enter Italy or travel to persons who do not belong to the EU or to Schengen, which includes Albania.
The travel of people who come from countries belonging to a list of 16 states involving Kosovo, Northern Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina has been partially banned.
Access to Italian territory of persons who over the last 14 days have travelled and transited to these 13 countries will be prohibited:
Armenia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brasile, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cile, Quaai, Northern Macedonia, Moldova, Oman, Panama, Per terrified Dominicana.
Those who are Italian citizens or who have Italian passports or long-standing permits are allowed to enter Italy.
In this new decree, these rules are scheduled to last until September 7, 2020.
These measures include holding sports events with fans who will not yet be allowed until a second decision.
