The municipality of Gjilan has warned all those who do not respect the government's decisions against the spread of corruption.
Gjilan's Committee for Management and Prevention of the Spread of COVIID-19, at the meeting held today, has been announced of the newest positive cases with the virus, while the deputy chairman of the Gjilan municipality, Arber Ismajli, has asked citizens to respect anti-Condavid measures in order to reduce cases of infection.
Ismajli, who has been leading operations in Gjilan for five months now, referring to Kosovo's National Institute of Public Health, has confirmed that 18 positive cases are now in Gjilan by samples worked in the last 24 hours.
“Today we have 18 new cases in Gjilan. Of the 526 positive cases that Gjilan has in the period of confronting the Cardi-19 pandemic, of which 332 patients have fully recovered, 177 active cases and under continuous monitoring and unfortunately 17 cases of death. 34 cases are hospitalised, and according to medical care doctors, their situation is stable. We're also waiting for the results of 40 samples that were taken today and during the weekend”, Ishmael declared.
It has also borne on the concern of the Emergency Committee for disrespecting safeguard clauses recommended by state institutions, for which inspectors in co-operation with the Kosovo Police will also be on the ground constantly.
For all those who fail to apply the recommendations of state institutions, we warn that the teams of inspectors in co-operation with police assisted by additional teams from the central level are constantly on the ground that will pronounce fines and instructions within the framework of protection of Covid-19 and health maintenance”, Deputy Chairman Ismajli has announced.
