Hyseni speaks after meeting in Brussels: There are beautiful serious signs that a manipulation of the entire process from Serbia is aimed

Kosovo's state co-ordinator for dialogue with Serbia, Skender Hyseni, has said Serbia has shown unconstructive at the meeting they have had in Brussels today at the expert level.

According to him, Serbia at a joint meeting with the European Union's special emissar for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, has returned to the “elements for which we have agreed in principle”.

Without deviation, this agreement should bring mutual recognition between Kosovo and Serbia. There can be no other deal. The mutual recognition creates it before the essential pre-way to address all issues that may exist between states, issues of conflict, mutual interest, or consider it whatever you want. There are now such cases, and there will be issues of controversy between two sovereign and independent states in the future. There will be topics like this that in present present - day currents are present, but one day they can come out.
