A person has been wounded as a result of gunfire in Mitrovica.
Kosovo police have detailed the case.
“Today around 17:58, a shooting wound was reported on on the “road. Sami Gashi”, at the scene of the event, the relevant police units” have emerged, said Fajrije Plana, Police Commissioner in the Mitrovica region.
According to her, the victim was sent for a medical treatment to KKUK.
“Victma has been sent to the Mitrovica Regional Hospital, while for further treatment it has been sent to KKUK Pristina”.
The suspect, however, has been arrested and the weapon allegedly used in the case has been confiscated by police.
