With the date 1508.20, unauthorized and contrary to Article 5 par.1 of the Law on Arms (L. 05L-022) have held unauthorized possession and control of weapons, of which by the 1508.20, around 5 o'clock, while they were together in the Istog Bjeshks, have fired several times in the air, causing intimidation and concern among the residents of that side, and which then marks the police” says in the communique.
With these actions, the defendants allegedly committed unauthorised use of dangerous means or weapons.
Defendants R. K, P. M, M.U. and G.M. have been assigned detention measures for a (1) month.
Against this decision the dissatisfied side has the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals.
