Ferizaj police details about beating between police and two citizens

News of the Journal Express has confirmed Ferizaj Police spokesman Agim Gashi.

Gashi explains that all began at the moment that citizens were detained and refused to hand over IDs to police units. Their ban was because citizens were not implementing preventive measures against the pandemic that David-19 has caused.

However, police have managed to bring the situation under control and have averted the attack.

Two citizens have been arrested and sent to the police station.

Police officers have also received medical treatment.

“Around 21:10 on Ahmet Sotiku Street, police units during the completion of duties related to the operational plan of Covid-19, have detained two citizens who have not implemented decisions and preventive measures against pandemic. They've refused to identify themselves with identification, and once they aggressively attacked both police officers. The police have put the situation under control by deterring the attack. The men were arrested and sent to the police station and then interviewed. The police have received medical treatment. The case will be taken into account by the prosecutor of the case”, Gashi has confirmed.
