A minor from Decani has been arrested after an account was opened on behalf of and photographs of the minor victim, the Kosovo female and has demanded that sexual intercourse on the pretext that will publish her photos by sending banal and offensive messages.
The suspect following the prosecutor's decision interview has been sent to custody for 24 hours, the case continues to be investigated.
