After a lengthy discussion among opposition MPs in the Kosovo Assembly has been adopted by the draft law on fighting and preventing the pandemic caused by the Corona virus.
A total of 79 Kosovo Assembly deputies attended the hall.
In the submitted vote of 76 MPs have voted in favour, 1 MP has voted against and 1 has not participated in the vote.
The law on combating and preventing the pandemic of the Corona virus envisions the formation of a legal base that allows the distribution of fines for private and legal persons.
The second review of this bill is under accelerated procedure until 13 August, when the Functional Commission for Health will submit recommendations to the Permanent Commissions.
The second review of this bill takes place at the plenary session on August 14th.
