For physician Pipero, restrictions are not necessary as long as people are conscious and implement the simple rules of wearing a mask, distance, and hygiene.
He has indicated that those with the virus's signs should not head towards Albania.
The whole world is on a big boat. Everyone has masks on us wherever we are. Everyone has the same rules. If we respect these measures, we should not fear that our countrymen will come here. But we have to advise them not to leave if they have signs. Others do not limit them because they benefit greatly from the sea and the sun”, Pipero told A2.
