Following the AAKA meeting before journalists has been declared deputy chairman of this party, Ardian Djindi, who has declared that the Steering Council offers party chairman Ramush Haradinaj to run for Kosovo president.
Djind is saying that after several months, Kosovo President Hashim Thaci is expected to pass the mandate and the country will be faced with a solution by the new president, and that they are thinking Haradinaj is the one needed for the first state.
Because even if there won't be confirmation of the indictment for Thaci, we all hope not to be confirmed. Still, for several months, 4 or 5 will have to go into the process of electing the president, and AAK thinks the country should not go to the polls. Because we can't manage to choose it, so we hope the parties will manage to find their way to elect the new president.
