A serious event was marked on this Saturday afternoon at Shkodra.
A 24-year-old was drowned in Lake Shkodra. The young man with the B.D. initials has been launched into the area known as Bishaj, in the part of the Great Mountain along with three of his friends. The 24-year-old after being thrown out of the boat into the lake, could no longer get out.
Police and police are headed towards the scene to enable body extraction.
