UN: War crimes have occurred in Syria's Idrib

The Syrian government's “Forces and their Russian allies have bombed civilians in the province of Idlib indiscriminately, while rebels tortured and executed civilians, acts corresponding to war crimes on both sides”, the report says. The regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, backed by Russia, in December 2019, launched the attack on the northwest region.
