This two-party dialogue developed in order to avoid union response on the part of the FSSHK following the Constitutional Court's decision regarding the Law of Salaries.
During this meeting, where the main theme was the Constitutional Court's decision regarding the Law of Pays, the FSSHK before the ministry unveiled the request for “extensions for all health workers”, and was also asked that the Health Ministry postpone the prosecution of the Law of the Salaries in the Government of the Republic of Kosovo as one of the key acts of this Law.
Health Minister Zemaj pledged that during the next week, he will talk to the country's prime minister about the possibility of pledging means for paying the additional required by the FSF in order to proceed in the budget before his review.
The other jointly discussed topic was Pandemia COVID-19, the burdened state of health workers, tests, personal protective equipment, and health and health care of health workers.
